Refund Policy
Last Updated: 14/04/2026
At The Finds Hub, we aim to provide a high-quality learning experience for every child. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Payments
-
All payments must be made in advance to secure your child’s place
-
Payments are typically made on a monthly basis
-
Once a payment is made, your child’s space is reserved
2. Refunds
-
Payments are non-refundable once the programme has started
-
This is because your child’s place is reserved and limited spaces are offered
-
However, if a parent/guardian has paid for multiple months in advance, a pro-rata refund may be issued for any full months not yet started, provided notice is given before the next month begins.
3. Missed Sessions
-
If your child misses a session, it is non-refundable
-
We are unable to offer refunds for missed classes
4. Cancellations by Parent/Guardian
-
You may cancel future participation at any time
-
However, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period
-
If full payment has been made upfront, any unused full months may be refunded, but the current month in progress is non-refundable.
5. Cancellations by The Finds Hub
If we need to cancel a session:
-
We will aim to reschedule the session, or
-
Provide a suitable alternative
If we are unable to deliver the service, a partial or full refund may be offered
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations may arise.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.
7. 1:1 Coaching Sessions (if applicable)
-
Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice
-
Late cancellations or missed sessions are non-refundable
8. Trial Sessions (if you offer them)
-
Trial sessions are non-refundable once booked and attended
9. Upfront Payments
Where a parent/guardian chooses to pay for multiple months in advance:
-
The current month is non-refundable once started
-
Any future full months not yet started may be refunded upon request
-
Refunds will not apply to partially completed months
Our goal is to ensure every child receives consistent, high-quality learning, which is why spaces are limited and reserved in advance.
