These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by The Finds Hub. By enrolling your child, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us

The Finds Hub provides financial literacy education for children through online sessions (group and 1:1).

2. Eligibility & Parental Responsibility

• All participants must be registered by a parent or legal guardian

• Parents are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information

  • Ensuring their child attends sessions in a suitable environment

  • Supervising younger children where necessary

3. Services Provided

We offer:

• Group online classes

• 1:1 coaching sessions

• Educational materials and resources

All sessions are delivered via platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.

4. Payments

• Fees must be paid in advance to secure a place

• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers

• We do not store card details

Failure to make payment may result in loss of access to sessions.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

By You (Parent/Guardian)

• Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice

• Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable

By Us

• If we cancel a session, we will:

  • Reschedule, or

  • Offer a suitable alternative

Refunds (if applicable) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Behaviour & Conduct

We aim to create a safe and respectful learning environment.

Children must:

• Treat others with respect

• Follow instructions during sessions

• Avoid disruptive behaviour

We reserve the right to:

• Remove a participant from a session if behaviour is inappropriate

• Refuse continued access in serious cases

7. Online Session Rules

• Microphones should be muted when not speaking

• Children may be visible to others in group sessions

• No recording or sharing of sessions is allowed

8. Safeguarding

We take safeguarding seriously and expect:

• Children to attend sessions in a safe environment

• Parents to remain reachable during sessions

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (slides, content, resources) are:

• Owned by The Finds Hub

• For personal use only

They must not be:

• Shared

• Reproduced

• Distributed

without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Our content is for educational purposes only

• We do not provide financial advice

• We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on our teaching

11. Data Protection

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Services

We may update:

• Course content

• Session structure

• Delivery methods

where necessary to improve the service.
