This policy applies to:

All children attending sessions

All online classes (group and 1:1)

All facilitators and representatives of The Finds Hub
3. Parental Responsibility
Parents/guardians must:

Register their child for sessions

Provide accurate contact information
-
Ensure their child joins sessions from a safe and appropriate environment

Remain reachable during sessions
4. Online Safety
All sessions are delivered via platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.
To keep children safe:

Children should use appropriate names when joining sessions

Cameras may be on, and children may be visible to others

Microphones should be used respectfully

No recording, screenshots, or sharing of sessions is allowed
5. Behaviour Expectations
We expect all participants to:

Be respectful to others

Follow instructions during sessions

Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behaviour
We reserve the right to:

Remove a child from a session if behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate

Restrict access to future sessions if necessary
6. Safeguarding Concerns
If we observe or are made aware of any safeguarding concerns:

We will take the concern seriously

We may contact the parent/guardian

Where necessary, we may follow appropriate safeguarding procedures
7. Staff & Delivery
All sessions are delivered in a professional manner:

All staff and facilitators are DBS checked (Disclosure and Barring Service)

Content is age-appropriate and suitable for children
-
Communication is respectful, supportive, and appropriate at all times

Children are encouraged in a positive and safe learning environment
8. Data & Privacy
We handle all personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

We do not share children’s personal information unnecessarily

Sessions are not recorded unless consent is given
